In Conversation | Gallery Viewer

Gallery Viewer, an online platform for contemporary art, interviewed me about my photo series 'Hope', created during a transatlantic crossing. 'I focused on transitional moments at sea: the shift from sun to mist and rain, and from colour to grey and black. Through these, I wanted to depict the emotional changes - from melancholy and uncertainty to curiosity and hope - experienced by migrants during ‘the great crossing’.'

Audience Award | Art Awards 2023

The photo 'De Rotterdamweg, Rotterdam' was nominated for the annual Art Awards, organized by Business Art Services in Utrecht (NL), and subsequently won the Audience Award 2023 by a large number of votes.


No Horizon | CICA Museum

The CICA Museum (Gimpo, KR), a unique cultural space founded and cultivated by artists, included three images from the photo series 'No Horizon' in their 'Contemporary Landscape 2022' exhibition.
